Latam Verde Fund I targets utility-scale renewable energy projects with bankable development profiles, strong grid connectivity, and long-term power purchase agreements. Situated on 100 hectares of secured land with 30-year tenure, the site benefits from direct access to a 230 kV transmission line crossing the property — minimizing interconnection costs and development risk.
